Client Account not showing Balance / Outstanding balance

Hi please could you help me, we struggling to get our clients account balance automatically without us keep calculating with our own sums.
Where we got to Account Balance it shows nothing but it shows the orders that was previously transacted and it has not reached their account limit either. Please help.
