Modified functionality?

Hello, I was looking into this software, and was curious about a feature that you have built in. On the order screen, I would like the option to manually enter a "table" name. I know I can pre-set these under the table configuration, however I would like to edit them on the fly for names etc. To respond to the response I believe I will get, I am aware that I can set up a client or use an existing client in the details tab, however this method will be cumbersome and time consuming for my purposes.

you can use so called chit number.
see menu Configuration - Preferences - Order
and enable Show Chit Number field.
you will be able to print this chit number on bills.
