Really Like the Program But Worried about no Support

Hi

I really like the program but there are some bugs, which is understandable.
However whats preventing me from buying it the lack of support i see.
People have been waiting on the forum for more than a few months begging for a reply....

I wonder the same thing, the software is very nice but I am reluctant to purchase it for my restaurants for the lack of support.
I see lots of questions with no answers, I ask a simple question and I never received an answers. I understand that the software is not perfect and it may be bugs or even that some features are hard to implement but at least a simple reply from the support saying that is or is not support or they are working on the issues will be enough to have a peace in mind that the support at least listen to you.

I hope ROMAN or whoever is the support guy take the time to answer the questions form the customers.
