How can i adjust Recieve Voucher screen?

hey,
Im not able to see Reice vouchers's items nor its quantity recieved. Note and costing section of it is hiding the receive voucher items section. Can you kindly help me, i can add items but im not able to add their quantity because it is hidden behind rates, costing section.. please how can i adjust this?
