Duplicate Order Number

We are using version 4.7 with 2 workstations.
If a new order is created within a few seconds of each other on both workstations, we are getting duplicate order numbers.
It sounds like the default.cfg files are not correct. Has anyone found this problem or can Abacre's Technical Support help with this. I sent Roman the config files but have had no response in over a week.
