Deactivition problem

I have the problem that this program have been deactivated in the pc, but at the site, it says it is activated. So I can not activate the program in the pc. I have sent a mail to support 11 days ago, but still not get answer. And can not login in the support screen too.

Someone who can help?

You did not mention your workstation key which you deactivated.
