My computer is infected with virus

I purchased your Restaurant POS software on August 31, 2010 and installed to the computer in my restaurant. The software has been a great help since then and I really appreciated it.

Lately the computer at my restaurant has been infected with virus and I will need to re-install the operating system ASAP. Following are my questions:

1. How do I back up all the transactions, menus, and invoice printing configurations so that I can import the data to the software again?

2. How do I install the software again without having to purchase the license again since the activation key is only good for the initial installation.

This is really urgent I hope that you can reply to me ASAP.

1. You have to backup database and configuration files. Read the help pages:

2. On old computer do Help - Deactivate. Press Notify button.

On new computer register and activate it as usually.
Then put your database and configuration files into the folder
\My Documents\ Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 4\
