Can you tell me how to recover old orders - I mean the actual order itself? In a recent move of head office a lot of meal receipts/orders have been misplaced and I need to recover these for tax purposes. Are old orders stored in the database? If so how can I recover these and print them all off? Ideally I need each one that shows the order number, what was ordered and whether it was paid for in cash or by card

Did you use Delete Order button to remove old orders?
It's not possible to recover order in case of using Delete Order
button;

But if you did not use the delete order button
then all your orders are saved fine in database
and you can see the orders on Orders window.
Just verify that on orders filter you selected to show orders for all
dates and all types of orders.
