Error: Nothing to reconcile

Hi, I have a problem with the end of the day. When try to reconcile cash drawer, the program generates an error "nothing to reconcile", and All orders remain closed, end of the day shows 0 turnover. What is the problem,

Hi, I sent you the requested files.
I installed the program on another computer, but still gives error.

Hi, When checked "Show take payment window" everything is OK, but when it is not, and orders are automatically closed at the end of the day, gives error: "Nothing to reconcile"
