PRINTING DURING 30 DAY TRIAL

I CURRENTLY DOWNLOADED THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL, I HAVE AN MMF CASH DRAWER AND CITIZENS CT-S300 PRINTER. MY COMPUTER RECOGNIZES THE PRINTER AND THE CASH DRAWER, WHEN I TEST PRINT IT WILL PRINT OUT A RECEIPT AND THEN OPEN THE DRAWER. I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE POS SOFTWARE. IT WILL NOT PRINT ANYTHING FOR ME. (IS THIS FEATURE DISABLED DURING THE 30 DAY TEST TRIAL) I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS POS SOFTWARE WILL ACTUALLY PRINT MY COMPANY LOGO AND DECIDE WHETHER THIS IS SOMETHING I WANT TO BUY. DOES ANYONE ELSE KNOW IF THE PRINTING FEATURE IS DISABLED DURING THE TRIAL. I HAVE ALREADY PUT IN THE REGISTER COMMAND IN THE BILL CONFIGURATION AND CHOSEN MY CITIZENS PRINTER IN WINDOWS DRIVER. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I HAVE TO PURCHASE THIS SYSTEM BEFORE IT WILL ACTUALLY LET ME USE THE PRINTER FUNCTION?

The printing is not disabled during trial period.
If you are using Windows drivers try the following:

go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters.
check "Use Alternative printing module".
press OK.
close and start the program again.

Does it work now?

Note: maybe Windows drivers are not properly installed for your printer.
Download and install the latest drivers from manufacturer's site.
Also try to print a test page using Windows or print something from Notepad.

it worked thank you so much, wanted to see if this is all
compatible, will definately buy now thanks
