end of day does not work

I did download the trial from restaurant point of sale and i do like the program, however I am not able to do "the end of day".
I do get every time the following error message: "there are some open or closed orders. Please close and reconcile orders before end of day"
I did close all open orders and when i look under the button orders I don't see any open orders.
What can I do?
The manual does not explain this kind of problem.
Since i am working with a trial license i need to know if this wil work before i buy the product

On Order window use filter. In filter try to select only open orders.
Note: there are two phases:
1. You should reconcile cash drawers using Reconcile Cash Drawer function.
2. You should call End of Day procedure.

In case of any problems send your database and configuration files to support@abacre.com
