I have some question about that program.
1. The program has 'Refund Item', but I didn't find 'Refund Order'.
After I closed order, how can I refund that order?
- If I refund order, recept printer must print 2 copy (one is - copy, the other is new one.)
2. How can I initialize DataBase?
Because I use trial version, I need to initialize DataBase.
I think that we need hidden menu.
3. I use Tm-88 4 (epson) printer but I don't print out my customer's
logo.(I use OPOS program.)
When I use windows driver, It is very slow. So I don't use that driver.
4. Can I use fax service in that program?

1. There is no yet Refund Order button (it's in our to-do list). You have to use Refund Item button (create a new order and select which items do you want to refund).

2. You don't need to initialize DataBase. On Login window press More button. Empty database file is arpos.mdb (use it instead of arpos-test.mdb).

3. For windows drivers try to go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters.
Check "Use alternative printing module". This is for Windows drivers. You have to close and start ARPOS.
No logo printing is possible right when using OPOS drivers.

4. You cannot use fax service. Please explain what do you need?

I have same problem with my epson printer. I use windows driver and also switched to other module as instructed. but continues to print slow. What to do?
