Bigger table select button and Open Cash Draw button

Hi Roman,
Just was wondering if you would consider making the "Table Button" on the main screen larger. When using a touch screen it is a little small, and would be more user friendly if it was made larger.
Also an "Open Cash Draw" button on the main screen, as an option would also be helpfully. The only way to open the cash draw at the moment is by entering an item into a table at which stage the "Close" button appears, and from there you have the "Open Cash Draw" button.
