Ingredients (raw material)

Hello community:
I bought a small restaurant, and he has incorporated the Abacre system. I'm investigating the software, but I'm still lose.
I need to know, how do I add the raw material in the system?. I mean, if I set up a new food, no where to put the ingredients?. Suppose I cook any Tart, and I need Flour and Butter to make it, where do I set up this kind of ingredients?
I tried to work with Menu Item Modiers, but I failed, because I do not understand how to use this item. I have read the help but I do not understand, and I read the post, and I found nothing about it.
Can anyone help me about this tip?
