Hello, When i close the order and the system should print my bill it doesnt print. If i go inside of the printer in windows i can see a file under the name of abacre meaning that is the bill but it never print the bill.
Also i believe that the computer can not identify the type of file that it is trying to print.
I am using windows xp, the printer is an epson of the TM series. I try the printer by opening a notepad file and printing the file and it works but i doesnt print the bills.

Usually it's a problem of Windows driver. So you should update driver.
As a quick solution you may use the following:
Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters.
Check the option: "Use alternative printing module".

if you are using usb printer, try different usb port... i had same problem.
