help in removing items

is there a way to remove/correct x number of units entered for an item (grams for example) without having to remove it one by one?
let say i already forwarded to the kitchen a list of menu to be prepared but the customer canceled an item which is sold by weight (800 grams in this example). how am i suppose to remove/correct that particular entry without having to remove it one by one or deleting the whole order?
