Lite vs Standard vs Professional

In the future, is it possible to evaluate the different capabilities in the trial version. Recently I had to make a decision to my owners, and this was strictly based upon the capabilities listed in the documentation, and not by trying out the different versions. If I could have shown them the different processes on the screen, I think I could have convinced them to go with professional.
