This is because MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) are not installed on your computer.
Download and install it from the following location:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... AC_TYP.EXE
Or go to Microsoft's site in Downloads section and search for MDAC.

I have downloaded and try to install but I have the following error message:
MDAC 2.8 RTM is incompatible with this version of Windows. All of its features are currently part of Windows.
Any help please to solve the problem

By default MDAC is installed in XP. I thought that you somehow removed it.
Please do the following:
In Windows press Start button.
Click on Control Panel.
Click on Administrative Tools.
Click on "Data Sources (ODBC)"
Go to Drivers tab.
Verify that in list of drivers you have:
"Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)"
There are other language translations of the text.
But verify that this English text is present in the list of drivers.
If it's possible send to
support@abacre.com screenshot of this Drivers tab.
