I noticed that only admin have the full rights ie add del. ref etc. but if he not an admin only he can add order. is there a way to give each user some rights to protect the owner

I see that you can assign some rights to non-admins. Under Configuration, preferences, orders, you can choose to show the delete orders button and if only Admins can do it. I hope it helps.

I was going to purchase this sofware yesterday but I am not getting ANY response to my questions via e-mail or this forum either. That is the only thing about this sofware that scares me.

What do you mean exactly by "give each user some rights to protect the owner" ?
What kind of protection do you mean?
There are different options: you can enable the option that only admins can delete orders,
or you can enable the options that any worker can delete orders.
Or you may disable deleting orders to everyone.

Please explain what do you mean?

I saw some option of rights and will try to test them.
