Roman,



It seems that every thirty days this system crashes. Again the system crashed and I have no cash register for my business. How can I recover the information that was in my abacre system and second if I can not recover it is there a way I am able t o rebuild the menus in our office computer and move them to the bar? Also why does this continue to happen?

Most probably the crash of your hardware related to your specific hardware or third-party software. Abacre POS is very reliable in terms of keeping data safe and secure.
Maybe your computer is infected by virus. So we recommend to scan your computer with latest anti-virus software.

Anyway you may know that in Abacre POS we have End of Day procedure.
By default Abacre POS makes backup of everything. So if you use End of Day it means that everything is saved into backup files.
See the folder:
\My Documents\Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 3\Backup

alternatively you can setup Windows to backup the whole folder:
\My Documents\Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 3\

Now if you have Abacre POS on your office computer you can move database and configuration files into your bar computer.
You should simply copy the whole folder \My Documents\Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 3\
from your office computer into the same folder of your bar computer.
