Activation process

Hi i need some help me during activation process i got this Error license information was not found on our online system.

Try go to www.abacre.com/support/
and in ARPOS try offline activation method.
BTW are you sure you get license not found message? Because we see that all your licenses are activated now. Thus normally you should get the error message: "all licenses are in use. deactivate one of licenses before activating new one".

i have the same problem with him. i cannot activate my abacre restaurant point of sale via online,though i've tried offline method so i go to www.abacre.com/support/ i cant login coz' i dont have that account login information (where i can get it?).
actually i've tried my license key for 4 workstations though i was only purchased for 2 workstations,so that none of them can be activated. how could i resolve this? can i deactivate the license key for my 2 workstations so those 2 workstations left can be activated? please answer soon. help me :(
