Hi.
I have configured arpos to print to a text file instead of printing in my cash register. (I setup a virtual printer which prints to file) The cash register needs a CSV text file (see the example) in order to print a bill.
Example
S,[logical number],______,_,__;[item];[price];[quantity];[stand];[itemgroup];[tax group];0;0;
S,[logical number],______,_,__;[item];[price];[quantity];[stand];[itemgroup];[tax group];0;0;
P,[logical number],______,_,__;[line1];[line2];[line3];[line4];[line5];
T,[logical number],______,_,__;
Is it possible to configure arpos (CONFIGURATION BILL option) to print in the format shown above?
Thank you !
Can arpos write in CSV text file format?
Re: Can arpos write in CSV text file format?
It's not possible right now. Maybe we will implement it in future.
Do you use fiscal printer? Which is the brand/model of the printer?

Re: Can arpos write in CSV text file format?
Hello.I asked some time ago the same question in another way , as we in S.E. EUROPE (Romania , Bosnia-Herzegovina , Hungary, Bulgaria etc. ) use some cash registers produced in Bulgaria : DATECS , DAISY , TOTAL. All those cash registers can be controled from computer via a driver (FPRINT,DATPRINT,SELLTEXT) provided by manufacturer.This driver "reads" whatever restaurant management software writes to a file and then will forward data to cash register.All about those cash registers can be found here : http://www.datecs.bg/uk . Hope you will resolve that ... bug .
Thanks and have a nice day.

Someone had said yes, but now the view is deleted, it means you still do not support these devices?
