My registration code is not working

My windows profile became corrupt and thus I had to rebuild the windows profile.
When I went back into Advanced Find and Replace it needed my registration code again.
I pasted it back in but it doesn't seem to be sticking. I exit and go back into the application and
it still says my trial time has run out.

I have even tried to remove the application and re-install with the newest version and it still does not work.
I purchased it earlier this year in July.

I emailed the support@abacre.com email address about 3 weeks ago but did not get any reply.

Is there any other contact information?

We replied on your message. In fact you purchased version 3.x but the latest version is v4.2. So you should purchase the upgrade into this version. Or you can continue to use 3.x. Your registration key does not work with version 4.2. It's normal behavior.

I use version 3.0. Due an hardware failrure I have to reinstall it (because my reg key is for versione 3.0). Where can I find previous version?
The link in the registration mail is not working.

You can always download purchased version from:
http://www.abacre.com/support/
use your Abacre ID and Password to login.
Or click on "I forgot my Abacre ID/Password" if you forgot or don't
have it.
