HTML to CSV

This isn't tailor made for AFR -- but I'm wondering about the thoughts on how possible it would be using AFR.
I'd like to input an HTML table - out a *.csv file. If I got complex enough with my RegEx, I'm sure it could be done...
I've got - and have been very happy with - AFR - but would likewise be interested if Abacre has another utility that might be a better fit.
Ideally, I'd like a module I can source into a process... ideally - flagging certain certain tables to be converted.
