Incrementing 5 links, by 1 digit, then 5 links with another

Sounds pretty simple, but I can't figure it out.
this is my example.
This is for a skating video website where each video is broken down into 5 parts.
I have an html file with the following in it:

LinkPart1 LinkPart2 LinkPart3 LinkPart4 LinkPart5
LinkPart1 LinkPart2 LinkPart3 LinkPart4 LinkPart5
LinkPart1 LinkPart2 LinkPart3 LinkPart4 LinkPart5
LinkPart1 LinkPart2 LinkPart3 LinkPart4 LinkPart5
LinkPart1 LinkPart2 LinkPart3 LinkPart4 LinkPart5

I want to do a find and replace so it looks like this:

Link1Part1 Link1Part2 Link1Part3 Link1Part4 Link1Part5
Link2Part1 Link2Part2 Link2Part3 Link2Part4 Link2Part5
Link3Part1 Link3Part2 Link3Part3 Link3Part4 Link3Part5
Link4Part1 Link4Part2 Link4Part3 Link4Part4 Link4Part5
Link5Part1 Link5Part2 Link5Part3 Link5Part4 Link5Part5

So I would have to do a find and replace of first 5 Link, then increment 1 number find and replace the next 5 Link, increment 1 number then find and replace...

Any help would be great appreciated

It's a rare task which is not possible to do right now with our software. But we will think what can we do to solve it.
