Speed in find/replace in WORD

I am finding and replacing text such as:
Find : Weather1
Replace: The weather is great in Phoenix this time of year
I am doing this about 300 times per document.
Is there a way to make it go faster. It is like a 45 minutes.
Are there settings that I can change?
