replace japanese characters

Hi,
I have some TXT files and want to replace japanese filenames in this text.
Opened up in any text editor I can search and replace those filenames. I can also insert the filename as search string in ASR but it won't find anything...
I have a list of 2200 filenames to rename, so ASR would be my only help.
Is there any way I can achieve my goal?!
