how do I search for a question mark followed by /n

Post by timbgray » Sat Feb 20, 2010 8:07 pm

I'm searching for ?/n where I'm looking for the literal question mark, not a wild card, and get the error:

Error during compilation of regular expression (row number 1):
"Search For" part?+*{Follows Nothing (pos1)
Please correct syntax of this regular expression.

I suppose a similar problem if I was searching for a literal /n followed by a new line control.

See menu Help - Options - Find.
Then uncheck the option "Use regular expressions"
