If I install Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale on my laptop and later transfer the settings to the restaurant, can I then at any time import and view data on my laptop if staff email me the backup files? Do I need one or two licenses for that?

I'm running a small restaurant using Excel so far. I like the features of his POS, but I miss one thing. It seems to me that it is not possible to enter all purchases, and get a monthly report showing the bottomline. That's what we do in Excel now. Any plans of adding that?

Your FAQ says that Lite License can be upgraded to a Standard License. Can a Standard also be upgraded to a Professional the same way?
