Your customer is using version released about 7 years ago. We don't support this version. Sorry.
Please ask customer to purchase upgrade into the latest version 6. In case of any found issues we may correct it during one business day.

Which version of software do you use? In version 3.3 (the latest version now is 3.4) we added the following reports: Sales by room and Sales by room type. You can also use it in non exclusive mode. We provide detailed technical information to people to purchased software. So, if needed, you could connect to database at low level and do some maintenance or custom reporting, for example.

Most probably version 5.1 is a paid upgrade for you (50% of original purchase price). The upgrade is optional. You may still use purchased version.
