It's a complex question. There are many different factors involved in counting business days.
You can get the information about sales during business day via End of Day Z reports.
In future we will implement it for other reports.

1. Use menu Action - Transfer Order command.

2. Go to menu Configuration - Preferences - Order
set option: Window to show after close order = Tables Plan.

You should not use empty.fdb file. It's an intermediate file.
You should use arpos.fdb file located in \My Documents\Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 5\ folder.

1. Did you install Abacre's Firebird distribution?
2. Verify that port 3060 is open for TCP/IP connections on both
computers.
3. You should restard computers after adding this port exceptions.
