Deleted post within 12 hours

I see there is time to delete my post within 12 hours but no time to provide any support after 2 months of requests. Come on, someone please step up and do the right thing here. Just provide the customer support you state you will.

Yet another attempt at receiving any help. Absolutely no response whatsoever so far. I emailed support yet again today (5/11)- 4th attempt! I see Roman has responded to other inquiries on the forum, so someone is around.

Once again, would someone please respond!

We are trying your software and have a couple of questions:
1). Is it possible to discount a single menu item?
2). How do I remove discounts?
3). Will your software offer credit card processing support in the near future?
4). How does our staff make tip adjustments after an order has been paid ...
