Use "Batch replace" and check the "Use Regular Expressions".
Then
put the text to repalce in the "Search for"
and put \r\n in the "Replace with"
And you will get a line break

I need to insert the file's filename into the body of html files.

This is from the AFR help file. You need to make a file (text file is the best) with all the posible increments. then in the Replace tab choose Action: "Cyclic Replace From File".
