Roman this is the same issue that I addressed in printing chitno on a new order without retrieving the order from the order table.

Chit number is in correct place. It prints in all times except when a new order is created and the order was not retrieved from the Order table. If it is a new name every time chitno is the best option. We have a select group of VIP clients that have special pricing, and we put their name on the receipt by selecting the detail button, and then select client for order from the data base.

Chit Number on Printed receipt

When creating a new order, the chit number does not appear on the receipt the first time it is printed. If you select the order from the order display, it works then.

Journal Report

when I run journal report, which is a critical report for my accounting department, the totals never match any report or the physical count of the orders. Is there a plan to fix that report so that it is accurate.
