How would you search for more than one text word at the same time when the target data exists in more than one Excel spreadsheet?

Using AFR under 21 day trial period
Good Day,
I am evaluating AFR v3.0 during its 21 day trial period but only after 1 day, the tool displays that my trial period has expired. I can not execute any searches or replacements. What is my problem?
